#JeremySays – Cleaning and Sanitation

Brewing beer, whether at home or at a brewery, is 80% cleaning! Make sure you’re using a good cleaner like PBW to take care of organic material. While some people assume this is also a sanitizer, it is not! To sanitize properly you’ll need a no-rinse acid solution like Starsan. It’s one of the more benign acid sanitizers and does a great job!
