Our passion has brought us to our current and will forge us towards our future experiences, which we are proud to call Grid City Beer Works.

For 25 years and counting, we have been passionately traveling this country to find the best beers. Believe us we have drunk a lot of them. One day the universe (Josh) decided to introduce us to the guy (Jeremy) who had the talent and passion to brew exactly what we were looking for: approachable beers that you can drink all day. No matter what ABV you want to drink your beer at, or what style of beer it is you call your favorite, we know your beer drinking experience is a personal preference and should always be extraordinary.
When making beer we brew with three core beliefs; Taste, Balance and Finish.

3 BEERS, 3 WAYS & 3 POURS.
Traditional cask ale receives its carbonation from a secondary fermentation in the container from which it is dispensed. The beer is then pulled through a British mechanical beer engine at cellar temperature with a sparkler that agitates the beer to create a rich creamy head. This is beer is as young, fresh and unfiltered as it gets!
Our Nitro beer is pulled still from our serving tanks and then in-line carbonated with a blend of nitrogen and co2. It?s then forced through a stout faucet at high pressure. This displaces the co2 and creates a rich creamy head, smooth texture and great lacing on the glass. Nitro-genated beers naturally subdue hop character and aroma and enrich malt character and body.
These ales are force carbonated with co2 in the bright tanks. This is traditional in America and creates brighter flavors, a more refreshing finish, and tends to accentuate hop flavor and aroma.

THE BREW MASTER
Jeremy brings more than 20 years brewing experience at home and professionally, including stints at Bohemian Brewery and production work with Uinta Brewing. In addition to his skills as a craft brewer, Jeremy has a refined palate and capability for blending unique ingredients and flavors as a distiller of exquisite spirits, and in crafting award-winning cocktails as a bartender at High West Distillery in Park City for 6+ years. Here at Grid City he focuses on using the finest ingredients, plus new and old world techniques to produce balanced, drinkable, ales and lagers of the highest quality.
